In 2003 he joined The Wilton Companies as a Real Estate Representative for a portfolio of over 3.5 million square feet. In 2006 Harrison was promoted the Third Party Brokerage Department and was the top producer at The Wilton Companies for 2007 at which time he was promoted to Senior Associate. Prior to joining Eagle Commercial Realty, Will worked in the thoroughbred horse business as a race horse broker and equine asset manager. He will continue to represent clients through his James River Equine Management company, and he is returning to the Richmond real estate community where he previously has experience working for Spotts and Carneal, Inc., and Stanley Shield LLC. After graduating from University of Georgia in 1990, Scott joined Virginia Landmark Corporation in Richmond, Virginia where he specialized in commercial sales and land. In 1997, Scott created K&G Homebuilders, which built homes in Goochland County, and later was absorbed into Eagle Construction of Virginia LLC. In 2000, Towne & Country Real Estate was established in Manakin Sabot, Virginia and excelled in residential and commercial sales in the Goochland area. In 2006, Scott was appointed to serve a 4 year term on the Commonwealth of Virginia Real Estate Board. In 2009, Scott again joined forces with Eagle Construction to start Eagle Realty of Virginia LLC, a residential brokerage. Now also, an Associate Broker and member of Eagle Commercial Real Estate, Scott is ready to put his vast experience and knowledge to work for you.

H. Michelle Ramkey

Michelle has over 15 years experience in the real estate industry. During that time she worked as an apartment leasing manager, commercial leasing agent (office, industrial and retail) and for the last six years as Director of Property Management for The Wilton Companies. As Director, Michelle was responsible for the management of over 2.5 million square feet of retail, office and industrial property. In this capacity, she supervised and coordinated property inspections, lease renewals, annual CAM reconciliations, lease coordination, tracking annual percentage rent, rent increases and property renovations to name just a few.

Scope of Experience:
Leo has over 20 years of experience in the commercial, industrial and residential facilities operation industry. He began his career with the United States Navy as a machinist mate monitoring ship instrumentation, boilers and wastewater. Throughout Leo’s career he has supervised building operations for multiple industries from consumer product manufacturers to apartment communities to hotels. Prior to joining ECR he was the chief HVAC technician for MCV’s Plant Operations, administering preventative maintenance on all core equipment while managing eight buildings and over 50 employees.

Stacy began her career in commercial real estate in 2005 with Grubb & Ellis|Harrison & Bates, assisting in sale and lease transactions in retail, office, industrial and land. Prior to departing, she was a Client Coordinator for their investment group. Her responsibilities included identifying investors, investment opportunities, potentially troubled assets and coordinating sale transactions. Preceding real estate, she worked in commercial insurance servicing two of the largest climbing gym and ropes course associations in the country.
